The products are good, the app isn't. Since some updates, I can't program anymore my vacuum cleaners, and a new updated map was upside down and make the dock in the restricted aera with impossibility to modify anything like it was possible, where is the edit menu? Plus due to some stupid geographical restrictions I am obliged to use the Chinese servers in Europe, so the time zone isn't good and I have to put 9h delay on some automatism... The app want to do everything and make everything bad.

Great App. But Surveillance notification doesn't work anymore. I just figured out now but it seems to be a 6 months old issue. Huawei P30 Android App, last version, and all the setting are ON for notifications (in app and in phone settings) 2 years later, the notification system keeps not working. I remove one star for that again until the developer of the app does something. I have a surveillance system that doesn't push notification, it's useless.

After some time using it (more than 3 years), it's getting tedious every other day. Authentication gets re-asked for no reason every week or so, I often have to kill the app otherwise the device list doesn't get populated and the app overall lacks responsiveness (I often wait for 10-20 seconds to open a single device page). The lack of interconnectivity with other ecosystems such as Alexa or Google Home makes it difficult to have mixed devices or stop using this suboptimal app. You can still hack into it and use alternative ecosystem manager such as Home Assistant or Jeedom but you'll have to cross fingers for support as those are not official. The only redeeming thing about it is the price of devices being quite a bit cheaper than the competition.
