Unsure how this app works. I've recently had my EV HIVE Charger installed, I got a letter from Zapmap with a loyalty card and an 8-digit charging card number which I've activated via the Zapmap app. I visited a Vpod charging unit and the combination of the two apps, I disappointingly couldn't make them work. I understand this is probably a user error, but it certainly isn’t a user friendly app. When I started a Chat, the app replied Get in touch with support! Great, eh?

Great charging but a well hidden sign says pay on an obscure parking app (with a "convenience charge" while taking 10 minutes of inconvenience to download the app). Nowhere does it say parking is free for 4 hours as reported here. Better signs please. Not cheap but very fast

Just terrible!! Won't let you register without a ridiculous password. Then you'll reach an interface that is so difficult yo use its just not worth the hassle. In short, it doesn't work.
