Unfortunately, I am unable to open the app as every time I input my company email, it gives me an error message before I can even put in my password. I have tried reaching out to customer service and found that they discontinued their phone support in April. So basically the app is unusable with no way forward.

Usually works fine but sometime for some tasks, even after uploading, the task stays on pending upload which creates a delay in submission of task!

When doing tasks it won't submit. Just on the safety checklist but the rest work. Not understanding the problem zenput customer support was no help. Have to use the website to do the tasks not really that convenient. Was told my phone wasn't compatible. Revval 6 which is an upgrade from the revval 5 and it worked just fine on there.
