Works in general. But when three consecutive trains are going to be cancelled because of trouble on the rails, cancel them in the application too! Don't give false hope for people waiting at the stations. Inform your customers. In addition, when selecting alternatives in the app, you no longer have the ability to go back in time to look at earlier alternatives: it only shows you subsequent alternatives. This means that if you click on the wrong one, you are now stuck.

the overall function it provides is ok, but the usability it poor. for example, it takes 4 taps to remove a bookmarked trip. there is a different system for 'OK/confirm' across the app, sometimes it's "Done", sometimes it's a back button, it's inconsistent and precarious. English translation of special train messages/service updates is not available, and they've made it so you can't even tap and hold to copy and paste text to a translation app. D tickets are hidden under 'Journeys'. and no maps.

App is super convenient to use; I totally love how simple it's set up. The only downside is that they expect you to register, set up a profile on this app. I don't see the logic in registering with an app when I just want to view the local train schedule; to me, that feels too much like excessive govenmental control over my person and whereabouts, and that's why I can't give a complete 5 stars.
