Ratings and reviews

Disadvantages: 1. Does not allow to pay by card (it is 2024, c'mon). 2. App backed constantly saves wrong data (address) 3. Does not allow to buy tickets on one click for given family (need to re-insert names for tickets all the time)

The total travel time for a journey include random walks from a position where you are not, and as such create incorrect times and sometimes will not give you a connection that you can still make, as it assumes you have to walk from somewhere. I wrote them several times for two years, but no improvement had been made. Also you can not organize your favourites, which the previous app was very good at.

I rented a bike and couldn't stop the timer. I was forced to call support but they also couldn't help me out. The story with calling took about 30 minutes! And bike owner confirmed that the timer stopped but the app still showing the rental time. That's a crazy thing. UPD I am trying to solve this issue for more than a week already! have been to the customer service and filled in all the forms possible. Nothing.
