The Moovy parking app makes life easier for drivers in dozens of locations around Finland. Moovy can be used on the street, in outdoor car parks as well as in gated and barrier-free parking garages. Moovy’s camera-equipped parking facilities allow drivers to drive in and out – no extra hassle needed.

The Moovy app is easy to set up and even easier to use.
How to start using the Moovy app:
1) Sign in with your phone number. Verify your login with a code sent to your phone.
2) Fill in the information:
- car registration number
- payment card details
- e-mail address (receipts for parking fees are sent by e-mail)
3) Activate automatic number plate recognition
Parking in Moovy’s camera-equipped parking facilities requires no action from you; the parking starts and ends automatically.
The parking fees are charged to the payment card linked to Moovy, usually on the next day.

Ratings and reviews

Works ok mostly, but I had an issue with one payment in one card so I tried to change it to a different card. That's how I have learned that 1) the app only allows two cards, one as personal and one as company and once you fill them you can't remove them, you can only change the cards to a new one. 2) You can't change the payment method for a parking session, you are stuck with whatever it was set as default when you started the parking. It feels incredibly dumb and anti consumer.

As someone who has worked for one of your competitors and also used all of the apps, this one found its way to my phone recently and it's really great. I'm preferring it to prkmn or EP. One thing though, the battery drain is an issue, not deal breaker but an issue. I understand notifications can be switched off, but it's a good feature to keep. There are some effective work arounds which your devs can easily fix which will make this app close to perfect. Good luck! Rooting for you.

The App itself is OK, nothing better of worse from the competitors. However, we parked for a short time, first the email notification stated and then the app stated that the parking cost 1 euro. In the app history the parking cost 1 euro but when the parkings were billed, on top of ALL transactions Moovy added 49 cents! So, euro is always 1.49 at Moovy.
