I never had a problem entering second chances before now. Every ticket that I tried to enter said that it was either a winner or a code error. I even tried to type them in manually. Then all of a sudden I was locked out. I knew that every ticket couldn't have an error message, after submitting other tickets, just before. I, also, had an issue logging into my account, several times.

The app was working good until the second chance option was worked on. Now it logged me out and wants me to create a new password, no matter how long, how many different variations or words, numbers or special characters I use and there is no way I will ever remember what this new password will be if this happens again, it will not let me use it, saying this password is too easy to guess. Like I defy anyone to try and guess the combinations of multiple words, numbers and characters I tried.

It only scans good for a couple tickets, which i have to keep perfectly still, then it acts like it will for ever, but never does. About as fast as adding them manually. revision; it doesn't work at all on my lg, was working really well on my zte, fix it, 5 stars edit: worked good , now they want me to change my password and username, then not let me log in. sick of this bs
