This app is HORRIBLE. No point in scheduling pickup time because the app is EXTREMELY inaccurate. It told me to be at the pickup point in 19 min. 30 min later it was still saying 19 min and the map showed the shuttle sitting in the same spot as it was when I scheduled. I almost missed a drug screen for a job. I had to cancel and call an UBER!!!

This is a scam. You can't actually order a ride share. It doesn't let you remove your credit card info without deleting your account and when you try to delete your account it says they'll review your request and then nothing happens.

it's unbelievable that in 2026 there is a ride share service that requires manually refreshing to find an advantage ride. this app provides almost no value whatsoever.
