This app is HORRIBLE. No point in scheduling pickup time because the app is EXTREMELY inaccurate. It told me to be at the pickup point in 19 min. 30 min later it was still saying 19 min and the map showed the shuttle sitting in the same spot as it was when I scheduled. I almost missed a drug screen for a job. I had to cancel and call an UBER!!!

Hi, Just a suggestion. There is a list that you can pick most relevant destinations in some order (idk). Well, when I try to select my destination or my departure location I always lose it after trying to find an available bus (always unavailable...). I think is better to add the most recent picked destination or departure location to the list or array that is located in the bottom of the main page like "recent usages/places".

This system is very flawed. There is no way anyone should be trying to book constantly and consistently for more than an hour. I live further out so I pay more but please fix this. It's really frustrating and aggravating for regular patrons. I just need to get to my treatments. Is that too much to ask? Also stop offering $2 surveys that don't work when you click it. Thanks!
