This app is HORRIBLE. No point in scheduling pickup time because the app is EXTREMELY inaccurate. It told me to be at the pickup point in 19 min. 30 min later it was still saying 19 min and the map showed the shuttle sitting in the same spot as it was when I scheduled. I almost missed a drug screen for a job. I had to cancel and call an UBER!!!

why is this app not available for a Blu Studio Mini smartphone with android 12 ? How am I supposed to use the service. I have to rate you negative 5 stars. one star is to leave the comment

doesnt find rides. refreshing for 3 hours still cant find match/ride closed app and restarted just searches nothing..try again... nothing
