Have been using HSBC CC for 2 yrs+, I've called customer care more number of times than the number of times I've opened the app to get the tasks done. The app isn't easy accessible and more often than not, struggle to get the details of the card. Always found Sbi's YONO app and Citibank easier for handling. Can take a leaf out of there.

You gotta be kidding me. This app persistently tells me to disable developer mode and USB debugging/wireless debugging none of which is enabled on my device. And there's no way any of these options would get enabled on its own as I am using Samsung's auto blocker with maximum protection enabled. I have Kotak 811 app on my device as well as other financial apps and none of those apps complain about any "security risk" except for this awful app which wants to decide what I should do on my phone.

Frustrating guardrails - can't open the app at all. developer options enabled, won't open. any other app uses any form of accessibility, won't open. what's the point of having such strict guard rails? is the app not for people with accessibility issues? let the user decide what's right for them. don't baby proof every single phone.
