Ratings and reviews

I don’t know where else to complain about this, but the startup sound, low battery alert, and basically all the notification sounds on my JBL headphones are way too loud. Even when my volume is really low, those sounds still play at full volume. It’s especially frustrating when they turn off automatically or give a low battery warning—it’s loud enough to wake me up. I wish there was a way to lower or turn off those alert sounds.

limited options inside the app for audio adjustment or quality. It's kind of ridiculous if you use the earbuds with another device you can't access the app to adjust the settings for the headphones without them being connected to the phone itself. Also, I've been finding recently that the app itself will not even register that the earbuds, JBL endurance peak 3, are connected to my phone to be able to access the settings for them. please fix the issues

They don't stop playing when you take both out. This model doesn't have that option. The start up sound is grating. They're oversensitive to hair or whatnot "pressing" the buttons. They glitched a lot with Spotify before I restarted my phone twice. Noise canceling not as strong as my old ones. They are not very intuitive for which ear or side of the case they go. But they are easier to get out of the case than my old ones. And they stay in okay.
