Ratings and reviews

My earbuds are randomly playing ads when the app is open. In addition, this app is not user intuitive. The name of my earbuds (Vibe Beam) was hidden under a category, "Wave Series" with not even a hint of where to find it. Had to call tech. The app, and start up guide that came w the earbuds, lack adequate instructions. The entire set up was frustratingly long, well over an hour just to get the earbuds connected, but tech support answered quickly and was friendly.

This app sucks- have your developer look into it and experience that many of its functions are unusable.For example,when you click on the "i", it doesn't stay open, it immediately closes without letting you choose any of the options available. If you're going to release something, at least put some effort in making sure it works properly.

It used to work great. That was why I gave it 5 stars. But for the last two months whenever I try to Access the features like find my earbuds it will Never go past the First screen. I once was able to Just touch the picture of my Vibe Beam's and it would automatically go to the features available. Now I tap the picture of the highlighted earbuds and 🚫 I have uninstalled and reinstalled nothing.
