I really enjoy this tracker. Once you figure out how to use it then it becomes a very easy & useful tracker. I have two programs I alternate between and it's easy to switch the active one and see what my reps where the last time. It's great tracking progress, seeing the estimated recovery times, and seeing the total amount of weight moved. Another great thing is the WearOS app that can be used with the app so I can track on my watch instead of my phone. I just wish it had a plate calculator!

I really do like the app so far. As it's simple and offers a broad range of programs. The issue I have is that if you change the order of your workouts it resets your progress. It's frustrating as that slows down my progress since I have to figure out what weight and reps I did before. Please fix this and I will change this to a higher rating.

Hi there...this is a super fast change on TWO items in the app. Please go into Profile-Settings-Advanced Logging and reverse your settings. Hope to get a higher re-rate from you once this is sorted. Note: it sounds like you're referring to a known issue...if this doesn't resolve it please reply back here or write us via support@jefit.com.

This app has almost everything I need for my workout. It has a large database of exercises, making exercise selection easy, although if there is an exercise missing, you can create a custom exercise yourself. You can upload progress photos, keep track of body stats, and follow the progression of your lifts in a simple and easy to understand graphing tool. The only thing I think needs changing is the fact that hamstrings and quads are lumped together in the 'Upper Leg' category.
