Ratings and reviews

It's a very useless app with no bloody tracking and support system. I wasted an hour, tried to get support also through the app but no such process exists. Started the bot chat and was asked to call the branch - what a stupid system! Upon phoning the branch they said they don't have a driver to deliver and asked me to come and collect instead even though I was paying for delivery charges. No way I'm using this app again!!!

The App is great when it comes to ordering, the challenge comes when I want to rate the food ordered. I ordered a meaty triple decker pizza delivery but I changed my mind, I collected it within less than 10 minutes. upon ordering, when I got there the pizza was ready but it was ice cold it's like they pre make these pizzas and an order comes they just stake the pizzas and send it off. then surely they will blame it on weather being cold

It doesn't detect that I already have an account after entering my number. It still shows the procedure to create an account. When I enter all details it fails as expected. Poor design!!!
