The Ride the Line app enables pre-booked ADA- and Senior Shuttle Van transportation service for people in Missoula, providing easy and efficient travel when you need it, where you need it, free of charge.

The Ride the Line app lets you pre-book rides quickly and easily. You can track your vehicle as it arrives or simply wait for the “I’m here” notification from your driver.

Change your mind about a trip? Cancel a trip just as easily as you booked it directly from the app.

It’s a shared service where you may be traveling with other passengers along the way.

You must be a pre-approved Paratransit or Senior Shuttle Van rider to use this service.

the app is buggy for awhile it maxe me sign in every time I opened it. I once saw the placeholder text for my address instead of my actual address. its clear that the app isnt really a high priority to mountian line to keep functioning. I had cancled a ride through the app it fully said it was canceled and they still showed up and I wasnt prepared for them so I had to rush to get dressed and out there just to avoid getting a strike. Just call them instead.

This app will install on my phone; however, when I press the icon on my start screen of my phone, the screen comes up that shows "Mountain Line" and "Powered by VIO" and that is as far as it operates. It just sits there and sits there and sits there and nothing else comes on the screen. The app is totally useless and there's no way to schedule your ride with paratransit. I was told by one of the drivers they don't accept scheduling by phone.

the app keeps making me re sign in every time I want to use it. help. thanks. Still signs me out even after the update.
