For the app itself when people leave a review for someone's business. You have to date app there but I need you guys to put the time that it was posted as well and if they changed the. Review, like in the edit button that you guys do have. The time needs to go there too. And don't delete the other one, let it be. Add an additional review and if you don't want to do that. Cause that's too much. Put the times up for both reviews.That way, we can screenshot it, and fix problem w/ merchant!

I've found this app to be generally very good. Except something changed around Jan 11, 2025. I opened the app, and it acted like a fresh install. Logged back into my account, and everything was gone. Showed last previous appointment was 2023! No recent history, and my upcoming appointment this week had vanished! It's like the app history got undone or something. I rescheduled this vanished upcoming appointment, and now it provides an email reminder. Before it was via text message!

Transparency is always key in business. I find it odd that Booksy's appointment notifications are spot-on in terms of emails to confirm bookings, appointment reminders and requests for service experience reviews. I have even received a healthy dose of informational and promotional content. However, what Booksy does not send is confirmation of an appointment cancelation. I would even settle for an in-app timestamp in conjunction with the red emboldened CANCELED. But no, absolutely nothing.
