Ratings and reviews

Doesn't show Credit Score at all, ongoing since October 2025 your app AND site have failed to provide me with my credit score, giving me a popup notification that it's an Experian fault and it would be fixed the next time I log in. And guess what? STILL THE SAME. NO SCORE. How am I supposed to see it change/improve etc if it doesn't even work??? I get credit reports on my account but no numerical score

Giving this a 3 why well as much as it gives you monthly credit report it's tightened down so it's limited unless you pay. If you drop points it's doesn't give you any idea why. Also try speak/email someone it's not provided Go around in circles. response: FAQ looked at so no use sorry. You need to be able to contact someone, and not a bot!

I’m extremely pleased with Experian. Their credit score dashboard is clear and informative, and the credit lock feature gives me fast, easy control over my credit for real peace of mind. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding: knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants simple, secure credit monitoring and great support.
