Ratings and reviews

Average. Often cannot see the details of amounts outstanding etc on individual credit cards and loans. Very clunky, main purpose of Experian seems to be trying to get me to subscribe to an expensive subsiduary service. You should concentrare your energy in making your service clearer and more user friendly, rather than promoting another service you want me to pay for.

Very useful for keeping track. have managed to improve score by regularly checking and seeing what I have. I do think £14.99 a month is expensive to see other features about your own credit so I just use the free version.

My password and personal details are up to date online but I can't log into the app - just keeps saying I'm locked out - can't contact anyone for app support - tried doing as requested and resetting everything - doesn't work. as I can't reply to the developer's review - you have to be logged in to contact them!!
