I tried creating an account, after filling my bvn and dob it verified my phone number. Then it got to where I'll fill in my email, since my phone no belonged to bvn I couldn't edit it again and it was inputted there as +234, it didn't allow me to move any further because it says "not more than 11 characters" I couldn't register, pls rectify this issue

I think the old App is better than this new and frustrating one. App keep showing "Log on" and the Help desk keeps telling me I am logged in on a web. Please, It is better you get back to the old App. I have to get to the bank to make transactions and this is frustrating.

The only time it was working was the first week I downloaded it. It keeps blocking my access to the account. I have not been able to log in at all. Both the new and old app are not efficient. I have contacted customer care so many times to rectify this but still no correction. Please unblock my account so I can at least use it.
