I was required to update my app before logging in and now it keeps taking me to a website saying "Access Denied" and something about me being an existing customer logging in internationally. I'm pretty frustrated that I can't check my balance, make a payment, or anything for that matter. I check my accounts pretty regularly, at least 2-3 times per week and I'm concerned I won't be able to maintain payments this way.

Update: was told to log back on but nothing changed!!! This is the worst one I ever dealt with! Sure was fast to put the annual fee on to be billed in less than 24 hours but their stupid image software to upload my id won't work no matter what lighting I go in or do so they'll bill me but I don't have access to my account numbers. Scam much????

Have issues with how they manage and track payments. Sometimes you can open the app and not see any of the payments that should be pending. I've made additional payments that caused me to overdraft for this reason. Lately I've noticed that they'll mark a payment as posted before they even draft it from your checking account which I think is really weird.
