Ratings and reviews

The app has been slowly evolving since it was released, and I've been a user for most of that time. However, the most recent release seems as though the app is trying to be overly helpful to the point where it's hiding basic functions. For example, where is email?? The other major functions like pharmacy are still visible. But email has disappeared and is buried under all the other "helpful" menus somewhere. It would be helpful if there was some way to tune the app from novice to experienced.

My account is broken. Essentially all features give a "sorry temporary unavailable..." notice and to contact a tech support number. Have done that over 20 times and nobody follows up or fixes the issue. They say the fix it then it isn't and they don't respond. Furthermore, now this particular app says system error when I sign in..I've deleted it and reinstalled dozens of times and the same error occurs. Come on Kaiser, get it together!!! Unacceptable

Generally speaking the app is fine. HOWEVER, The screen for test results is extremely slow and buggy. Also, when I installed the app, I did everything I could to not enable marketing cookies. And every time I opened the app, it repeatedly asked me to change my cookie preferences until I finally got frustrated and clicked except all. But when I went back to turn off the marketing cookies, The option is not available to turn off!! So in other words, I was forced into accepting marketing cookies.
