it's super convenient but in the last 2 weeks it's started redirecting me to links for everything. I used to be able to order prescriptions in the app, now it opens a link in google. I used to be able to send messages to my care team, order prescriptions, and make appointments all through the app, and now it opens a link in Google! It's so frustrating! Sometimes the links just load into a white page too! As the app is right now, it's just a glorified link tree. PUT IT BACK

Keyboard and voice to text do not automatically capitalize at start of sentence. Does not stay logged in long enough. Wouldnt mind at least 30 minutes. Also, in the prescriptions area, there is a banner on the lower third of the screen that never goes away. I should be able to remove that. Also, just tried to fill a prescription there and got an error. Went immediately to my tablet and was able to fill it on the website without problem.

What's going on with this horrid app? At some point, it seems the system changed to a browser-based one, and it only works half the time while giving me constant errors ("We can't retrieve your data at this time. Please try again later."). Slow loading times despite me being on 5G - not to mention in 2022 we STILL don't have a function to let us save e-mails as drafts! I get thrown off the app mid-session, goodbye e-mail. Appointment filters don't work. Wonky UI. Devs seem stuck in the 90s-00s.
