Ratings and reviews

The app itself seems fine after you get through the initial logins, about three tries. I feel vindicated to read others are having the same experience overall with PenFed. The website is slow...extremely slow. I haven't received a notice from Bill Pay since around 11/2024. No deposit emails with exception of early pay emails. I'm not sure what's going on but I've called customer service a few times to inquire and all I get is that they have to contact the contracted Bill Pay provider. SMH.

This app used to work fairly well, was a bit slow some times but two updates ago it had trouble remembering my biometrics then this update it no longer loads just sits with white screen and logo like it is going to open but never does. I tried Uninstaller and reinstalling but same issue. It's much more of a pain to go drag out my laptop just to make a credit card payment.

never had an issue until recently. now when there's an update, the app doesn't even open. Instead of me doing the update and everything working as normal, I have to uninstall and re-download the app for it to even open. I've deleted and downloaded this app 3 times now and it just doesn't open. why have an app if I have to use the browser to access my accounts. ANNOYING!
