New app is not at all user friendly. Interface is all over the place with large fonts, confusing wheel selections, everything looks clunky, and has odd/confusing color choices(e.g., Mobile Deposit). App also doesn't run nearly as smooth as the old one did-long load screens, windows seem to "jump around" after they've loaded so instead you select the wrong item. Overall, just an eyesore to use and not intuitive whatsoever. 3yrEdit:AppNever improved. As a 20yrCustomer, I don't recommend this bank.

I've never had an issue with the app before. I've only ever banked with RBFCU. Lately the app doesn't close out the tab when your transferring money, no indication if the transaction went through so you end up double or triple transferring by accident. Also when I view transactions it shows me transactions from different accts not the one I'm viewing making it difficult to know what is pending and what's not. I've gotten 2 late fees, i keep my money separate in different accts. Very frustrating.

Keeps crashing. Ever since these last couple of updates, it hasn't worked properly 10.11.24 Works but I can't transfer money through the app, have to get onto a computer. annoying as heck. They get it working, then try to make improvements only to mess it up again. put these damn updates in an alpha and beta before releasing to the public, kind of ridiculous when dealing with people's money
