Very disappointing experience with Seabank. I made fund transfers to GCash and while some go through, others just disappear even though the account details are correct This is already the second time Seabank has failed me, and it’s unacceptable for a banking app to be this unreliable. Instead of convenience, it’s causing me stress and wasted time. " If you value your hard-earned money, think twice before trusting this app."

Superior banking accounts, with reasonable interest rates, excellent cashback offers, easy to manage accounts (none of the pot/stash nonsense), free transfers has helped transform family finances, bill payments, saving and shopping. I've tried other digital banks, and they have let me down, so I can't recommend Seabank highly enough.

Super poor customer service. And blocking accounts for the first failure of facial recognition. You have to call the agent and buy a regular load just to call them. Email doesn't help fix the problem even the chat support. My account was blocked for a simple facial recognition. Idiot system. The agent want me to update my facial recognition but the app doesnt allow me. Idiot system.
