I really enjoy how this app focuses on positive attention. The meditations are fairly customizable. The main difficulty i had was that i didnt realize in the timed meditations that they rang a bell every few minutes, so i thought the timing was off at first. But otherwise i have liked everything about this app. I even like the notifications which remind you to take a deep breath and provide an inspirational quote.
Pretty pointless unless you are going to pay to upgrade. Super disappointing. All you get for free after a 5 day introduction is the same meditation, depending on how long you would like it to be. Otherwise it is $10 A MONTH to use, unless you want to pay for an entire year at $5 a month. Absurd.
The content for the first 4 days of the get started program was ok, though I had a few issues I was able to hear it. On the fifth and last day of the program, the session would start with the bell and the progress wheel, however the voice content would not start. I tried closing and opening the app multiple times, I made sure I was connected to the Internet, but the problem persisted. By this time, I was kind of stressed just from trying to meditate, so I gave up on this app.
I am currently stuck on day 3 of the 5 day plan and it will not allow me to go further. Speaking stops after 40 or so seconds and then pauses and it won't go forward anymore. Tried for 2 days and no change so can't progress onto next day. Any idea?
This app is supposed to help keep me from stressing out, but it constantly sends me notifications every 5 minutes which irritate the hell out of me and make my blood pressure go through the roof.
Always feel more at peace after a session. This app has changed my attitude to life. I am more forgiving and definitely less angry. Thank you.
