Most terrible apps I used for banking. Always have difficulty to login and the help centre says I'm the 1st one who complained about this issue.( I'm using Samsung S24 Ultra.) Cannot login also don't know how to close account and withdraw the money, call the help centre also useless, only will ask you wait. Not their money they don't care.

User experience has become increasingly hostile over time. Requires verification for every routine transfer at MAXIMUM screen brightness. In addition, verification requires that Google Chrome be installed and will not work with any other browser.

Careful using their Mari Credit Card overseas as it is not stable. In China using Weixin Pay rejected the card payment but yet txn is posted which later is refunded but due to foreign exchange rate on different days you lose the difference and they will not absorb but ask you pay up. So solution is to swallow your own loss and pay up then cancel card and that difference monies treat as donation
