Why can't see the live usage from 20 Mar after 2001hrs. Why is that app not consistent! ********************************* I don't know what happened Since 13 Jan on that day evening thee was a prompt saying some issue and to try later. 5am onwards from 13 Jan can't see the usage for electricity, gas & water. Please check

somethings wrong with this app lately. My Sp mobil app failed to updated my account balance after I Top up on 25 April using Axs and on 28 April Top up again at 7-Eleven. Still failed to updated my balance. Till now I'm not sure what's my actual balance.

Horrendous app to use for EV charging. This app hangs at times when I want to stop charging. The charger and app doesn't sync the way it should. Even private EV operators' apps fare way better.
