If I could rate this app a zero, I would. Everytime I had to book an appointment for my dad at around 10pm, the app hangs and does not show his profile on my dashboard. And when I tried to add his profile again, the prompt said his name was already added prior. Disappointing.

Click on notifications, goes to sing pass authentication.. then the app hangs, can't see the notification message content. Why not just keep it simple? Don't double authenticate.. It creates a loop. Gosh.

I wondering if it's because the Polyclinic more prefer patient to call in for appointment or walk in instead. The appointment time slot were always fully booked even I had already login as early as possible, didn't have a very pleasant experience with this app. Not very useful too.
