This app tries to do everything -- it doesn't need to. Homepage is too cluttered and visually distracting. No need to show all customers railcards, best fares and updates across ALL lines - personalise or pare back. Plan and buy section is pretty good, but cannot show etickets in app and the journey to add them to wallet/get a pdf is convoluted. Refund journey seems poor. Live trains nice and simple. My tickets a mess. Menu repeats the tabs at the base, why? Are all features really used?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us! We have a feature that lets you customise your home screen if you feel that the homepage has too much information. Simply click on the settings icon in the upper right corner and you can select which ones to show. We are also working on a few upgrades to enhance the ticket management process. Thank you.

It's a mixed bag. The e-tickets that the app defaults to _ought_ to be a good idea but you need the app running to show the tickets and the app gives the impression of needing an internet connection in order to open. This can result in getting your ticket out at a busy station, the internet service is congested so you can't show your ticket unless you've taken a screenshot or preloaded the app before entering the station. The QR reader of the e-tickets also has mixed performance.

The ticket loading function on Smartcard or Wallet are non functional from a daily use point of view. Or can take two hours to load a ticket. Appalling, do better. Also every time the app upgrades, or logs you out. When you log in, it doesn't apply resolvers rail cards, and you pay more. Junk. Keep cash, buy paper tickets. No batteries required.
