Ratings and reviews

The GPS is awful. It can't find you anywhere, then when you select the correct position the app changes it back. It's changed drop off addresses on me when I've selected one that wasn't on the top of the list and then the driver went in the wrong direction, which i get charged for. The estimated times are fantasy. Its ridiculous, a taxi app with a GPS system that doesn't work.

Had 2 bad experiences with the app. First time, I somehow ordered 2 taxis without realising it, but I was given very little indication that I had done so. Frustrating and obnoxious, but am willing to chalk it up to me just not knowing. Today, I do the same thing again, catch myself, and try to cancel the second taxi, but the loading animation just loops continuously. I wait a minute, and nothing. I repeat this 4 times, and it cancels on last attempt and am charged a 5 euro cancellation fee

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using this taxi application in Rome. Not only did the app fail to function properly, but it also continuously reset my location, causing unnecessary delays. Despite waiting for 30-40 minutes, not a single driver responded to my requests. This incompetence almost caused me to miss my flight. I will never rely on this app again and strongly advise others to avoid it at all costs.
