It's literally unuseable right now, jesus christ get a grip... Changes price and pickup location on it's own, sowetimes randomly cancels ride without notification... What a mess, it's the worst taxi app out there, despite having good drivers. Edit: There is no end to how terrible the service continues to be... Tried to order here instead of other apps again (my mistake), waited 10 minutes for a driver to cancel, just to get another one take my order and just proceed to drive away from me. 0/5

LOOKS LIKE A SCAM!!! FRAUD in the price of the trip, first shows 18 euros, and after the trip changes it to 30 when ordering a taxi the figure is 12-18 euros ( Italy) and after the end of the trip it’s 30 euros, this is very bad and I don’t like it and In this program it is impossible to communicate with the driver because you cannot copy messages and there is not even any translation!!!!!!

This app is a straight up scam. Don't use it! More than one time I was charged much more than the initial amount (using Lite service). I have it recorded. When confronted, service desk issued me a 20PLN refund which was much less than I've lost. Now, app shows discounted trip price (say 18.4PLN), but when you click "confirm", the amount is automatically changed, so you always pay more than advertised. Even though discounted prices are attractive, you will never get them in practice.
