With the My O2 app you’ll be able to add data Bolt Ons, see your recent mobile charges, check your allowances, shop for new device upgrades and gadgets in our online store and get access to exclusive offers for O2 customers including free Wi-Fi. Sign in safe and securely with your fingerprint to access personal details and bills support. Sign up to Airtime Rewards, shop well-known brands and receive discounts on your O2 mobile bill!

The explore tab of our app gives you the option to buy our best-selling products with exclusive offers on the latest android devices and accessories including Samsung Galaxy S20, wireless headphones, Fit Bits and many more.

Bear in mind that the My O2 app isn’t available for O2 Business customers. And if you use the My O2 app outside of our Europe Zone, data roaming charges may apply.

This is a good app for checking your bills,usage etc but the message sending is a nightmare. Whenever I have sent a message I get a message back almost immediately telling me that the conversation has been ended due to resolution when nothing has happened and as for their chatbot that hasn't even got the knowledge to answer a simple question. A complete overhaul of this app is required and a lot more information programmed into the app.

The apps said top up 10, and then send FREE10 to 21500 to get an additional 10, and now I get message it is not for me. The promotion was sending to my screen before I was planning to top up, after topping up it disappeared. Maybe I should have given you 3 stars, but your mobile data is good!

Awful. I have been trying for 3 days to upgrade my handset. Everything is fine until I want to go to basket.. No connection, this page cannot be displayed. Please try later. The actual website isnt any better.. very clumsy loading and it has a mind of its own. Not impressed. Please reply to comments, otherwise its pointless even having apps on here..
