I've been a Etisalat customer for so long. But I always get disappointed when I call customer support. Recently I upgraded my e-life plan and received faulty router(sercomm), and wifi works intermittently. I used the automated trouble shooting service many times, but no luck. Called customer support many times, Since the router is working intermittently, I realized there is no way that I get support from Etisalat. So I ended-up buying a good router my-self and fixed the issue. 😞

Wow. For a tier-1 operator to launch such a useless app it boggles the mind. I can subscribe to Roam Like Home, but there is no unsubscribe on the app. When I click 'support' and select 'other issue' I get a screen showing the automated system is collecting data, but some genius has set the session timeout to be less than the time the app needs to gather data, so I just get an error screen turning me the session has timed out. The up-sell pop-up ads are really annoying as well

Would rate 0 if possible as well. Haven't been able to access account since contract renewal. Just useless calls back and forth without any outcome. Also mentioning that when we renewed the contract there was no credibility, we had to pay extra. Then when the team found out that their agent was wrong they removed the extra fees. Totally unprofessional and slow.
