This app sucks. Every time I try to use it, it makes me sign in multiple times. It never works. I try to scan a barcode or manually type in a product, and it always says not found. The only time it sometimes works is anywhere else outside of a CVS. I've been trying for 3 months to submit a review, and it tells me something went wrong. When I try to add coupons to my card, it tells me it can't because it's been expired, although it's before its expiration date.It's completely useless.

Why am I told that I have to update the app EVERY TIME that I sign in? This is frustrating. In addition, the app does not function smoothly; as one reviewer said, "it's clunky". Transitions between screens/sections and general functionality are just not up to the quality one might expect from a multi-billion dollar corporation. RE-EDIT: Uninstalled app and re-installed using the latest version and guess what. "You must update to continue using..." This is beyond frustrating.

I want to like this app but truly, it sucks. It's a terrible app with recurring technical issues. I like having my loyalty card on my phone, but that's it. The auto-refresh on the extra care coupons is maddening, because it's impossible to scroll through the entire list. App updated 6/8/24, now doesn't even open. Hire some actual programmers!
