It's great once you log in, all features are available easily and intuitively. The problem stems on being able to actually log in. Most of the time, it'll get stuck on the "Hello" screen when you launch it, staying there preventing the login screen from showing, even when you force close it doesn't help. The only way I can get logged in when this happens is to go to Android Settings, Apps, Select KeyBank, force stop it, then clear the app's cache. I shouldn't have to do this to log in each time.

Hello - Please clear the cache and data of the application through your device settings. Once completed, uninstall the app, restart your device and reinstall the app. If you're using a VPN, temporarily disable it for the initial sign on. app does not open most of the time. all my other apps work great. restarting phone or app only fixes it like 20%of the time. phone is up to date. thought after 3 years of this they would have fixed it but it just keeps getting worse. I go days without being able to check my account. Makes me regret going with key bank. I dont want the hassle of moving everything to another Bank but if this keeps up it might be worth it.

App doesn't open 90% of the time requiring a re-install to get access. I've reverted to using the website in many cases. When it works, it's great. I have nothing weird setup: I'm not using a VPN, I have 2 Gigabit internet speeds, clearing cache doesn't fix it, restarting the phone occasionally does, I'm on a Galaxy S24 plus. App just sits and loads indefinitely. Probably the 8th time I've reinstalled this year.
