I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!

App has stopped working for the past few months, coupons missing, disappearing or not working when I try to check out. Checked yesterday, had $6 in extracare bucks expiring in a week. Got to store today, nothing to redeem. Coupons for specific brands show up and can be sent to card, disappear when you get to the store. Seems like a deliberate bait and switch.

Not happy with CVS in general. I had extra bucks that were expiring but couldn't get to the store that night, so I placed an online order so I wouldn't lose my points, I would pick it up the next day. everything went through OK with the order. the next day I got a message saying they canceled my order, no reason why, and I lost my extra bucks points. So messed up.
