I want to like this app... but it needs work. It crashes... constantly. Trying to book trips is a NIGHTMARE because of this. For example, I was trying to book a car using travel points. I selected the vehicle, dates, times, and location... only for it to bring me back to the homescreen, log me out, and ask me to log back in. Once I logged back on, it told me there was an error. I repeated this process 5 times, and the same thing happened. I finally gave up and will probably book on expedia.

Had to update my review. As this morning it seems like the app doesn't work at all. Never even loads, just tries for a minute then sais "oops looks like your request didn't go through. Try again in a bit." Look, I need to be able to see my account on demand. If there's an issue, I need support to resolve it immediately. Capital One does not provide any support for the app. If it does, you have to get into the app to get the support. So that just lost them two stars from my previous rating.

Everything I log into the app, it says that I don't have an account, tho I've been using a credit card for a while now, and when u try to add, or create an account on the app, it tells me that they hit a snag, and to go back to the main menu. I've tried this on 2 other phones, and it does the exact same thing, I've deleted it, reinstalled it, cleared the cache, But nothing, does anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it.
