Negative first, I personally am annoyed by the double authentication process. HOWEVER....if you have multiple cards with this company... the app an AWESOME tool. You can switch between card accounts, get all messages in one place, see your credit score & payments are very easy to navigate once you have everything set up. Emailed verification of payments are almost immediate must of the time... no waiting for a receipt.

Update.. it's a pretty decent app. It's an ok card. My credit score hasn't increased, the fees they charge for nonsense puts me over the limit so then they charge a fee on top of those fees. You can't really do anything in the app other than make payments. You can't talk to anyone, chat with anyone, request an increase in limit or even contact the company at all unless it's in writing only. Don't recommend for increasing credit score, don't recommend for building credit, just don't bother.

They purposely take forever to process payments and immediately report balance. I don't carry balances so this report actually dings my credit score as it's reported as an increased balance. SMFH. 6/13/24 Cancelled today. All of a sudden I now owe an annual fee of $95 that I did not ever agree to. When I apply for cards i specifically only apply to those with no annual fee. Capital one will forever have all my credit card needs on lock. Never any issues. This credit one is a joke and a scam.

And we know how important it is to have support when you lose or damage your card, so this version also makes it easier and faster to request a replacement card when you need one. You’ll also find many accessibility improvements, so cardmembers who rely on screen readers and other accessible controls can more easily navigate the app.
