It's great once you log in, all features are available easily and intuitively. The problem stems on being able to actually log in. Most of the time, it'll get stuck on the "Hello" screen when you launch it, staying there preventing the login screen from showing, even when you force close it doesn't help. The only way I can get logged in when this happens is to go to Android Settings, Apps, Select KeyBank, force stop it, then clear the app's cache. I shouldn't have to do this to log in each time.

Hello - Please clear the cache and data of the application through your device settings. Once completed, uninstall the app, restart your device and reinstall the app. If you're using a VPN, temporarily disable it for the initial sign on. This app is constantly down! It's getting to the point of closing the account. If you can't even keep the app running, how am I supposed to trust you can keep the bank going? Two thumbs down months later and nothing has changed... I'm ready to take my business elsewhere still takes me at least 20 minutes to even access the app. it never works!!!! pathetic

Always gets stuck at the welcome screen and will not allow you to actually log in. have tried clearing the cache, un-installing and re-installing, nothing helps. Will probably be switching banks because not being able to view or access my money is a deal breaker for me. EDIT: Your automated responses are not helpful. People have tried these methods of fixing your bad product. Just fix the product instead of acting like it is user error.
