I like it for the most part it's better than a lot of others. One of the things I don't like though is that they're constantly changing the songs.... which changes your playlist which is frustrating! Another thing is if you download music before long you're realize your phone has no storage left SMH and changing your playlist, the song order it's a little cumbersome on your phone. But for the price I don't know, I guess it was the best I could find and I got tired of looking LOL....

I love having access to a vast library of music. Playback functionality is terrible. Keeps forgetting where I'm at in my playlists, sometimes it drops the last part of a track or cuts out completely, just now I lost all volume - again. Fix your app, Amazon. It's not like you don't have the resources. Now the app will somehow lose tracks off of my playlists at random. Terrible. I'm switching.

I'd like to like it but it just doesn't work right most of the time. It will suddenly stop playing music. It will suddenly stop playing music and cuts album out or playlist and lose all progress and have to restart. The volume will cut out like it's buffering when it shouldn't be. It loses albums recently played. It will go down to like seven albums. It will add items to the my likes playlist back that were removed. I use it. When it works right it is fine,but that is not much.
