Get mobile boarding passes for all passengers on your trip 24 hours in advance. Southwest passes have rich color and bold font, which makes seeing your Gate and Boarding Position very clear. Find the details you need quickly: Flight Number, Confirmation Number, Boarding Time, Tier Status, and TSA Pre-Check. Don’t forget to add your Mobile Boarding Passes to Google Pay!
Travel Funds
You can now use Flight Credits, Southwest LUV Vouchers and Gift Cards when changing your flight in the app. Your unused Southwest® Flight Credits show up automatically when you tap ‘View Funds’ within ‘My Account’.
Inflight Entertainment*
Use the app to take you to our Inflight Entertainment Portal where you can watch free live TV1, listen to free music from iHeartRadio1, access free on-demand TV episodes, and view free movies.

I am so glad we can finally track bags in the app! SW has been years behind other airlines on something so simple! Thank you for finally getting it together! But I'mma need y'all to figure it out on the app not refreshing/taking you back to the home screen if you click out the app for a quick second/by mistake. It should "save where you left off" for at least 2 minutes so that we don't have to start over, like booking a flight, reviewing account info, etc.

Intuitive. App isn't sluggish like some others. Easy to check in and easy access to boarding pass. I wish the boarding pass was temporarily cached somehow so that I could pull it up without internet once I've checked in. So in the event data connection is less than ideal I can still pull it up quickly. Screenshot of the boarding pass seems to work though. So not a deal breaker. Update: App has been getting sluggish. At least 3 occasions where my ticket couldn't be accessed & redownload required

This App SUCKS. If you switch to anything else (browser, calendar app, contacts, etc ) for a split second while you're trying to book flights, it immediately backs out to the home screen and you lose all of your progress. Also, if you don't record your confirmation number, you CAN'T FIND THE FLIGHTS YOU BOOKED AND PAID FOR. Cheap airline with a cheap app.
