I thought I was the only user that was having lagging issues. But after reading other users, now I know I am not the only one and it's not my phone. Granted I have older Samsung Galaxy 9 plus phone, but never had issues before with SB or with any other app. I think I may have to delete the app until it's fixed because I can't deal spending 10 min trying to order a latte. It truly does feel like a win95 desktop.

The app hardly ever works. I'm not sure if it's just the app or a bigger issue since I also get the same error on their site. I shouldn't have to look up a multi step tutorial to get a coffee shop app to work. Idk when I'll be able to access my account again and it's frustrating when all I want to do is order ahead so there's less issue for the drive thru workers.

Something wrong with app. Order ahead doesn't work since it's having trouble finding location. It crashes. Other pages are super super slow. I don't have time to order through store since it usually takes longer to order that way. This happens more frequently than you think.
