I'm actually fine with One, but I'm mad T-MOBILE isn't letting me charge Play/3rd party purchases now. It needs to change back ASAP! It's a big help for budgeting! But for now, I'm paying for this add-on thru T-Mobile, but I can't figure out how to transfer my billing to where it's offered as an "add-on" from T-Mobile vs paying thru the Play Store. Please assist or send a link to the instructions. It shouldn't be this hard. Thanks!

I have never been successful in resolving a single issue where I engaged the help offered here and I also noticed that my bill jumped from the subscription I purchased and now (all of a sudden) I'm being charged almost $20 a month for it. I don't utilize this app enough to justify this type of behavior. Because it's not worth more than the storage price of $2.99 which is all I need. Support has been anything but helpful. And it doesn't even have the VPN anymore. More than just a little annoying!

Hi, Morgan. For your privacy, we can't troubleshoot or investigate account specific issues as a result of Play Store Reviews. We'd recommend giving a Google expert another chance by reaching out in your app or at http://one.google.com. Thanks!

I wanna like Google One, but they just recently swiped a few little perks, so now I don't have much use of this app (and the subscription). All this app really does now is manage your Google storage and subscribe to/manage your Google One plan. You can't really call it Google One, however, because it doesn't combine anything, other than the new, expensive AI plans that no one wants.
