It appears that after a recent Android update, the app is having issues loading Secrets Resort pages, becoming caught in an endless loop of reloading the page. This doesn't happen with other resorts in the collection. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problem persists. With my trip a week away, I'm kind of bummed, as I use the app often, with it serving as a room key at times.

App is ONLY a "view" app to get a sense of the restaurants etc on the resort property. I was unable to book a reservation as expected for my resort restaurant option. I thought maybe it was that the restaurant was closed during those hours but once the restaurant was open completely the app still never was capable for making a restaurant for ANY day regardless. It didn't allow a reservation OR order any good damn room service. I had to call via the room phone for room service. App no luck.

Didn't work for us at all. Couldn't get the room service we wanted because it just wouldn't send the requests; just an error message. When we call, the hotel says "use the app", well we can't. They act perturbed. Yes, the phone is updated. Why can't this be fixed?
