• Public Wi-Fi Protection. Requires setup; the feature is automatically enabled when your device joins a public (unencrypted) Wi-Fi network unless an alternate VPN service is active. Does not work when using certain video streaming apps or Wi-Fi calling on certain devices.

From the app I tried to upgrade to the advanced and successfully paid for it but it is not working. It doesn't register the advanced network coverage, but it has taken funds out of my bank account and when I try to upgrade again it says I already have it. When I go to the Play Store it won't let me do anything. it's in a locked state of Merry-Go-Round so to speak. Please help.

Horrible app! Constantly shows a pop up message" oops it's our fault we hit a snag" when trying to do anything in the app. Zero features work as they should. The app is supposed to notify you about numerous device events via phone notification and email. This never works correctly The phone notification says "everything's okay" for every event. Seriously AT&T?!? How are you even still in business? Why do u develop/promote an app that doesn't work? I will never have ur service again

Overall good but delays email for hours. I like the VPN feature on advanced (pay) service, as well as the spam call blocking features and other phone security features. I was having an issue with my phone email app not sending mail and receiving emails a day late. Frustrated, I tried uninstalling ActiveArmor app and, voila, email started sending and receiving immediately! I tried reinstalling only to have email stop sending again. I tried a different email app (Gmail), but this did not fix.

This 6.5.1 update fixes reported customer experience issues reported by some users when installing the 6.5 update and/or entering the Call & Text section under the 6.5 version. We value feedback from our app users and are constantly working to improve AT&T ActiveArmor. We encourage all our existing app users to update to version 6.5.1.
