Hey team, The new update (version 10.0.0) keeps saying “App is not responding.” Also, it would be great if you could add a “Secret Questions” option after successful login on the Absa Uganda Mobile App, just like we have on the web app (absa.co.ug/personal). That would make the app feel a lot safer. thanks.

This is the craziest banking app I ever had ,it can save your login details for 1 month after that it starts your Internet banking is blocked, wrong password, wrong username every time calling am calling customer service am pissed 📴 😡

Absa bank am tired of always asking for renew your password when I go to the website I put the right details it doesn't go through and if I make 3 attempts you block me.why should I be stressing because of my own money.am tired of always calling for help and stil things dont go as expected why would you force us to always change the password.am withdrawing from you soon.
