can't call no one keep getting busy signals . even when other phone is near me. no one is on it. and key pad sucks does what ever it want when you touch it. it also shows up as spam on some other phones. also won't ring in. I think phone and service is rip off. I would not recommend it it to no one.

The app is terribly designed, multiple functions in the app simply don't work. Customer service repeatedly hung up on me. I was told misinformation by an agent. The help desk hasn't responded in days. The chatbot sent me a broken link eight times, and all I was trying to do is purchase a new phone because the one they sent me was refurbished and came out of the box not responding to touch on the screen. Hands down the worst service I've ever had.

If you are already using AirVoice Wireless and are activated on their 5G+ network. Then, do not bother downloading this app. If you need to activate your 5G+sim card and are having trouble with customer service. Then maybe give it a try. All the trouble I have had with their customer service reps would take a lot more than 500 characters to describe.
