One day suddenly the application due to bugs deleted my account, in which I had points , my personal cards and payment methods .When I tried to log in again it just created a new account.The customer service did nothing about it nor the issue was solved. And they didn't refund my lost points.

when entering coupon & selecting that it was my first order to get discount I got a vague error and the order didn't go through but when I selected no coupon and no discount as first order as if by magic the order was accepted. So no discount. This is a scam

Never using those apps again. Prefer calling the restaurant myself or even going there to pick up rather than having some greedy corporation exploit me, the restaurant and the delivery together just because they can!
