Without a doubt, I place Boost Mobile at the very top of the prepaid phone services out there. Even compared to the Verizon industry titan, there are things about Boost that I would consider better: Fairly priced, premium phones without big contracts. I cannot say the same about Verizon, even thougn their service coverage is very reknowned to be good, Boost has never given me any issues with service. Conclusion= can't afford Verizon? no problem! Boost is better

Hey, Seniors! There is a way to buy add ons, on a seemingly mangled connection, but don't choose the wrong one by mistake, because even if you're old fumble fingered, and half blind, their policy won't give you a credit or refund. Their policy sucks! There should be a grace period for new boost users. I am very displeased and feel like they should review the policy. Please pay attention and learn from my mistake, it's going to cost you $10.39 otherwise. and I contacted chat on the same day.😞

App is very basic and unappealing in appearance. The ABSOLUTE WORST aspect of the app is that it ONLY works off the phones cell service. No wifi. So if your phone disconnects from the cell service like mine does repeatedly, you are screwed! You can't call them, and you can't message either. Unless you use someone else's phone to call them. Also, you are automatically enrolled in Auto pay...and you can't change it. There are other problems as well.😡
