Update 6/22/24 I suggest you all do what I do... DON'T INSTALL! I check back periodically. If the reviews are still bad, I don't install. That simple! It's annoying, doesn't tell me I have messages. I physically have to search for it and open it to see if I have messages. This is supposed to be easy. I've got a new phone now, and I'm not installing this junk until it's fixed. You can press and hold the '1' key on the keypad to be taken to voice mail. It's clunky, but it works.

Had to give a rating of one because this scale does not allow for negative ratings. This app is not intuitive nor simple to use. If it was both there would an icon, on the screen (not a text that I would have first open the text app and then find a specific text...too much "hunting & pecking"), to tap on and the app would open! Also, once it opened it would be at my inbox ready for me to take an action. Please bring back the previous Boost voicemail. It was intuitive and simple to use!!

This used to work great until boost shifted to a new system in Dec. & forced an app update. It doesn't work at all now, not a single voice mail has gone into the visual voicemail app. It deleted voicemails I still wanted. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times, reset the app, and nothing works. I have wasted huge amounts of time with cust. serve. multiple times & nothing they suggested worked. I'm seriously thinking of switching to a different phone service just over this issue.
