Convenient and easy. I hate the whole "Traditional" voicemail for cell phones- call in, listen to the long and tedious AI making you jump through hoops just to hear a 30sec message. I'm so glad Boost offers a free Visual Voicemail. I'm not using the visual portion where I want to read my text messages, but I appreciate that I can go straight to the message No must no fuss no bother.

I rely on this app heavily when it works. I believe all phones should have an app like visual voicemail, because it makes it easy to see the details of a voicemail such as date and time, how long the message is, and which number left it. Unfortunately, sometimes it mysteriously stops working. This latest time, the usual strategy of clearing storage and cache is not working. It's been unusable for over a month. Very disappointing.

Lost all my old voice mails. I was forced to update to this new version supposed to be better & improved. I still can't get them, I have to call voice mail every time. It is very annoying. I do not recommend this app. Seriously thinking of switching to another. Two months later I am still having issues with this app. There were numerous important messages I never got. For instance my doctor's appointment needed to be rescheduled, they called me & left a message which I never got:( Frustrated!
