Worst service I have ever had. For the last week, all 3 of my lines have not been able to use our data. We've only been able to use calling and texting. I tried to speak to customer service and was "troubleshooting " with a complete fool. Either I continue paying for junk service that I can't use, or find a new service provider. I am going with option 2. Do NOT waste your money!

I just dropped Boost for good. I've had their service for almost 3 years. About 2-2 1/2 months ago, I started getting error messages, that my SIM wasn't registering, or that it wasn't compatible for my phone account. I called several times, even bought a new phone, which I was scammed to pay a lot more than getting the upgrade. Didn't realize it until a few days later. I called again. They kept saying, it's showing that the phone is working from our end, and in the middle of several calls, poof!

Useless, same as Boost. I can't get the data part to work, their so called tech support can't figure it out (pretty sure they know the carries is worthless, but they need the job). When I asked for a refund, they told me that would cancel my account, and I would lose my number. When asking to port my number, I was given a phone number to call, which no one answers. Worst experience ever. RUN AWAY!
