• Stop your credit/debit cards instantly, for instance in case of theft, loss or damage.
• Account Statement of desired date ranges.
• Shake to get last frequently used menus.
• Get instant notifications from debit or credit on account activities.

Ratings and reviews

This bank's app opens very slowly because Citizens Bank's mobile banking charges are also very high and the app also opens very slowly. This bank's mobile banking does not open quickly, this is the problem.

I believe the user interface and user experience could be significantly improved, particularly regarding color choices.

Why am i unable to log in through mobile data? I tried using both NTC and Ncell? My other banks apps logs me in without any issues but this app just keeps trying to log in but fails every single time. But when i log in through wifi, it just instantly logs in. There ain't any issue with my mobile and sim card since i can log in to another banks app swiftly. Please sort out this issue.
